Carlos co-owns and operates a Rogue-equipped Private Training Studio - Body Temple LA, in the heart of mid-city LA. It’s a bright, spacious 2-floor 1700 square foot, very private studio fully equipped with the leading industry-standard for quality equipment. Since it’s very important to Carlos that your training experience be very tightly focused, upon arriving to Body Temple LA your workout area will already be set up for you. The space allows for infinite freedom and creativity during workouts, making the workout fun – arguably the most important part of working out.

STRENGTH TRAINING
Utilizing the best compound movements to increase strength and overall muscular tone, Carlos will personally create the most ideal strength program based off of specific percentages to get you results faster.
WEIGHT LOSS
Combining the most optimal exercises, including strength, cardio, conditioning in a customized circuit-style system the Weight Loss programming will shed pounds and get you looking and performing at your best.
CORRECTIVE/POSTURE
Using the tools of movement pattern evaluations and technique assessments Carlos will implement custom corrective exercises into your program to improve movement patterns, decrease pain and increase joint range of motion.
OLYMPIC LIFTING BASICS
Creating ultimate power and strength through the use of the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch, these olympic lifting fundamentals utilize movement training and skills transfer drills to optimize performance and strength.
POWER LIFTING
This lifting style focuses on the primary exercises of the back squat, bench press and deadlift. With the combination of perfectly balanced accessory work, strength and hypertrophy are inevitable.
MOBILITY/FLEXIBILITY
Focusing on increasing tissue playability through a variation of techniques, implementing Mobility and Flexibility work will increase overall muscular repair and improve joint range of motion and movement pattern integration.
